  • Shipping & Delivery

    All in-stock and verified orders placed before 4:30pm ET (Mon-Sat) will ship within 2-3 Business Days (Yes, we really do ship 6 days a week). Inventory is updated in real time in an attempt to keep you apprised of current stock levels. Tracking information will be available online and emailed to you once your order has shipped. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Orders shipped within FL will be subject to sales tax. Depending on size, weight and dimension, shipping will quote directly from UPS, FedEx and/or the USPS. Please note, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Privacy & Security

    The security and privacy of each customer is extremely important to us. When moving through our website, placing orders or accessing your personal information, we enable our secure server in your browser. All sensitive information is transmitted via 2048-Bit Secure Transport Layer (TLS) technology and we use our own High-Grade encryption (not shared) to transfer your information. You will notice your browser displaying the LOCK and highlighting the URL bar as you move within the McParkAntiques site. All payment and credit card information is heavily encrypted and held offsite by our processor, so at no time is any payment or credit card information ever stored on our servers or available to our staff. We also guarantee that at no time will any of your personal information ever be shared, used by or sold to outside parties.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Every item available at McParkAntiques is carefully inspected when cataloged and stored in our warehouse. Most all of our merchandise is Antique/Vintage, or in somewhat pre-used, pre-owned, resale condition. Although, as with any prior used Antiques, etc. one can expect possible Age Crazing, small hairline age cracks, wear on the rims of dishes, small chips and even slight manufacture defects. We do attempt to note all imperfections, age wear, defects such as chips, etc. However, it is naturally possible, that an item defect was not noted in the online description, or pictures. For this reason, we ask that our customers contact us immediately about any issues with their purchased product, no later than 7 calendar days from the delivery date. The return policies listed below are not for us to assess any fees that are unwarranted, and we do not use these fees to make a profit. We must assess these fees to recover the losses incurred by customer returned merchandise. If an item is deemed defective or has a description error, an RMA number will be issued for the item unless 7 days from the delivery date has passed. Any defective item will be replaced with the exact same item (if available in our current stock – keeping in mind most Antique items are one of a kind and rare) and shipped back to the customer at our expense, no exceptions. Any suspected defective item returned and found to be in working order or damaged (either physically or maliciously by customer, or in return shipping) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Any non-defective unopened item that is returned will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Any non-defective item that has been opened by the customer is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% and/or up to 60% of the sale price based on usage, condition and packaging. Any opened items missing any included components (per our website descriptions and/or pictures) are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, or complete refusal. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. Any shipped item that is refused at delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee as the device will need to be tested once returned, and the actual shipping charges deducted. You will receive instructions via email for shipping and packing once an RMA has been approved and issued. Your RMA shipment must arrive in our warehouse within 7 calendar days of the RMA being issued. Customers are responsible for packing and returning the item at their expense. Returns must be packed exactly as they were shipped. Products must be shipped using a separate outer shipping box and the RMA number needs to appear on the outer shipping container. We strongly suggest you purchase insurance and a signature confirmation as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return trip. Items returned without an RMA issued by our support staff will be refused. All returns are fully examined once arriving in our warehouse. Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the date your return is received and examined. Refunds may take up to 10 additional days to be posted back to the original credit card account or Paypal account once the return has been tested and a return credit has been approved. Return policies are subject to change without prior notice. Customers should review these policies prior to making a purchase.

  • Payment and Pricing

    Payment for your order can be made using any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card credit or debit card. Payment is also accepted using Paypal. Credit and debit card orders must be shipped to the actual billing address of your card. Paypal orders must be from a Verified Paypal account and shipped to a confirmed shipping address. Orders that do not meet this criteria will be canceled by our system and stock allocated to other customers. When your order is placed, our system will pre-authorize your card for the full amount of the order. Only when your order is shipped is your card actually charged. Canceled orders that have not been charged will see the authorization on their card for up to 7 days after cancellation, even though no charge has been made. Please contact your bank for more information regarding authorizations. All prices are quoted in US dollars and your account will be billed in USD. McParkAntiques does not offer price protection as pricing and availability fluctuate and can change at any time without notice.

    McParkAntiques is a LIVE system and is updated in real-time from customer service, order fulfillment and our warehouse. You will always know exactly what stage your order is in by simply logging into your personal account if you registered your account when placing your order.
